Join the Superior crew on an adventure to a 2,240’ x 40’ private airport in Northwest South Carolina. This historic town boasts southern hospitality at its finest.
Friday night, we’ll cook at the airport and have a bond fire and play cards.
Saturday night, we’ll go into town for dinner and drinks.
Sunday we’ll have breakfast and depart around 11:00
Accommodations: A limited number of accommodations are available at Michele’s house at the airport. For those that don’t want to stay at the house, you may stay in town at the Belmont Inn on the town square.
Join the Superior crew on a weekend getaway to Key West, FL! We’ll depart Tampa Executive at 12:00 and fly to Key West for the weekend. We usually rent scooters to get around. We’re staying at close to the ‘Most Southern Point’.
We’ll probably do a water adventure on Saturday.
You can join the group and participate in the activities or you can relax however you choose.

We’ll depart VDF early and try to make it to the Indianapolis, IN area to overnight. The overnight stop will depend on the weather that day. We’ll explore whatever town we make it to that night and depart early the next morning and fly into Oshkosh!!!
We’re renting a house in downtown Oshkosh. It is about 1 mile from the airport. You can bring an air matress and sleep on the floor or you can rent your own place or camp under the wing of the airplane at the show.
You can participate in the flying or stick around OSH and enjoy the show.
We’ll depart Tampa Executive at 08:00 and stop in Fort Pierce, FL for lunch and to file our EAPIS paperwork. Then, we’ll fly to Marsh Harbor. We’ll obtain a cruise permit. Then, we’ll fly Friday & Saturday to different islands for lunch and activities.
There is no other place like Triple Tree Aerodrome. Located in the Upstate of South Carolina, this renowned airport’s motto is ‘Food, Fun & Hospitality’ and they prove it. This is a different kind of fly in. You can only camp. There are no hotels in the area. They have daily workshops and nightly entertainment and food. The runway is 7,000’ x 400’ of perfectly manicured grass. There is a river to cool off in during the day and after the scheduled activities at night, you’ll usually find someone playing music at their campsite and ‘pickin ‘n grinnin’ as they call it. We’ll camp under the wing of the planes.
Mark flying across the US in a private airplane off your bucket list! This 8 day, 50 hour trip will be action packed! The plan is to depart Tampa and fly to the Rocky Mountains. Once we overnight in Denver, we’ll fly North around the mountains and through the passes and
We’ll fly over the Grand Canyon and stop in Las Vegas. After Las Vegas, we’ll fly through the mountains and head over to San Francisco for the night. Then, we’ll fly the Pacific Coast Highway South to San Diego. We’ll catch a train to Tijuana, Mexico. Then, we’ll begin our journey back to Tampa with a stop in Albuquerque and San Antonio.
