As you can see, there are many different departments that we want to develop. The two blocks on the left that are completely highlighted in yellow, Flight School and Part 61 represent the area’s that are running smoothly. The maintenance block and SAG, or Superior Aviation Gateway, Aircraft Block are slightly highlighted because there is only a temporary plan in place. The other four blocks toward the right of the chart represent areas that we have started to grow. You can see that they are not fully colored because they are in the early development stages.

Brokerage with intuitive and flexible ways to assist owners in buying, selling or leasing aircraft to meet their personal needs.
Flying Club with the largest National network of big and small aircraft available to members with regularly scheduled events to build comradery and lifetime friendships.
Adventure Travel providing experienced pilot escorts on bucket list travel adventures that seem out of reach to the average pilot.
Our vision is to have a Nationally recognized and respected brand where you can find knowledgeable and experienced mechanics, brokers, flight instructors, commercial pilots and flight gear all under one roof.
The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position must be able to understand the sacrifice necessary and the potential reward for the investment that comes with this position.

Preferred but not required are candidates with previous aviation management experience, pilot and flight instructor certificates and A&P mechanic certificate. Training can be provided.

Superior Aviation Gateway is looking for an Executive Director and many unique team members to assist in growing our company to be Nationally recognizable.
Isn’t it frustrating when the hard work you put into your job isn’t valued? What if you could work at a job you don’t mind waking up to go to everyday?
In one short year, we have gone from two audacious friends with a desire to fix the basic anomalies in aviation to a well known and respected business that grossed over $200,000 in our first year without any marketing!
We have laid the foundation in our endeavor and are now seeking the right team to grow and build, as our name suggests, a Superior Aviation Gateway that is marketable on a National level.
Lets’ take a look at where we started.
Marvin and Michele took a leap of faith and opened the doors June 1, 2017 at the Tampa Executive Airport. They had no furniture, no students and one complex aircraft. Marvin had just obtained his Commercial Pilot Certificate and had not started training for his CFI. Michele instructed him on the office floor until one day, he found free office furniture on Craigslist. He obtained his CFI in late July and they held their grand opening on August 19, 2017. Soon after the grand opening, a handful of students started to trickle in the door. Two students from another school and one student from a local independent instructor noticed what they were doing and decided to join the team in late 2017. This core team is still in place. Marvin and Michele believe the business in only as good as your team members that surround you. They make every effort to ensure the team is happy in every way.
Now, lets’ look at where we are going and talk about the master plan.
