The Requirements
Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Hold an Instrument Rating
Hold at least a Third-Class FAA Medical
Received Training from an Authorized Instructor
Fundamentals of Instruction Knowledge Test
Flight Instructor Airplane Knowledge Test
Checkride (Oral + Practical)
Pay As You Go
Ground Instruction: $70/Hour
Flight Instruction: $70/Hour
C-172 or PA-28: $160/Hour
C-172RG: $200/Hour
