Marvin and Michele took a leap of faith and opened the doors June 1, 2017 at Tampa Executive Airport. They had no furniture, no students, and one complex aircraft. Marvin had just obtained his Commercial Pilot Certificate and had not started training for his CFI. Michele instructed him on the office floor until one day, he found free office furniture on Craigslist. He obtained his CFI in late July and they held their grand opening on August 19, 2017. Soon after the grand opening, a handful of students started to trickle in the door. Two students from another school and one student from a local independent instructor noticed what they were doing and decided to join the team in late 2017. This core team is still in place. Marvin and Michele believe the business is only as good as your team members that surround you. They make every effort to ensure the team is happy in every way.
